Eliezer Hernández, Founder & CEO of Authentic LeaderShift, LLC, is a certified and licensed Maxwell Leadership Team Member, Facilitator, Speaker, Coach, Trainer, and DISC Behavioral Analyst Trainer on personal, professional, and organizational growth and development. Using John Maxwell’s proven leadership methods, Dr. Hernández will equip leaders with the necessary tools to develop actionable strategies and achieve their full potential.       

Eliezer’s personal growth and advocacy for developing leaders are rooted in his 25+ years of professional and community involvement. As an educator, school administrator, coach, community leader, and school board member, Eliezer has on the field experience that will equip you with the necessary tools to leaderSHIFT with authenticity and intentionality to achieve your desired outcomes.       

Dr. Hernández is a career educator with experience as a mentor teacher, teacher-leader, assistant principal, principal, coach, and district leader. His work spans from suburban school districts to urban school districts. He served as an adjunct professor for a private college, where he facilitated a graduate education course. Dr. Hernández’s school-based roles ranged from elementary through high school and creating a Bilingual Elementary School. Dr. Hernández has held executive leadership roles in small and mid-sized non-profit, civil rights, and social justice organizations.        

Eliezer and his wife Rina have been married for 24 years and have two children and their dog. Together, they reside in New York.
